A mum-of-one nurse tragically killed in an alleged drink driving crash just before Christmas has been remembered as “precious and beautiful”.
Rebecca Louise, 34, died in the three-vehicle smash in north Wales on Friday night.
A 20-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving while over the prescribed limit of alcohol, failing to stop following an accident and failing to report an accident.
He is due to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court today, the Daily Post reports.
Rebecca’s devastated family said in a statement: “We have lost such a precious and beautiful lady. Rebecca was a happy, funny and bubbly 34-year-old who touched everyone she met with her loving caring nature.
“She was a dedicated nurse at Ysbyty Gwynedd and had recently ventured into opening her own business.
“She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her. Her partner, daughter, family and friends were the centre of her life.
“She had an amazing future ahead of her before being stolen from us. Rebecca would be described as a very special lady by all who knew her and will leave a great hole that can never be filled.”
